No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re travelling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID that is matching to your reservation and also the reservation number that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Preparation

Wear whatever is comfortable. We suggest you wear appropriate layers of clothing to fit the season including comfortable shoes, boots, or sneakers. We also advise you to carry a sun hat and sun screen.

We recommend you include a sun hat and sun screen plus a day pack to carry personal items, snacks and water. Remember to include any medications you need to carry with you.

Reservation

Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings require a minimum of a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

The remainder of the payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date.

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will receive an 80% refund of the full amount.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Should the ship not make it into port you will receive 80% of the full payment refunded to you.

We encourage you to ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance should any unforseen circumstances arise during your travels.

A reservation is required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes such as weather or anything else that could affect the tour itinerary.
